Construction company is looking for an experienced Site/ Project manager to start asap. (HDN/ CIOB/ CSCS Black Card/ SMSTS) all relevant and required documents to legally work in UK.
Salary: Negotiable; TBC
Location: London sites
Main Duties:
-Manage job sites for both new construction and remodelling projects
-Create schedules for the construction team and ensure all projects are fully staffed
-Hire full-time and temporary labourers to contribute to each project
-Create and manage the budgets for each project, including supplies, materials and labour
-Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality standards are met
-Pursue continuing education in green building practices
-Ensure safety guidelines are followed on all job sites
-Maintain constant communication with clients through the home closing process
Skills:
-3+ years experience in new construction and in a supervisory capacity
-Some experience with remodelling projects preferred
-Ability to manage multiple projects at once with no decline in quality control
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Bilingual a plus
